From our founder
Too American for over there. Too Mexican for here.
I grew up in the city. Fast streets, taco smells on every corner, jacarandas everywhere, old walls and the architecture. My abuela's family is from the sea. At her house in Mazatlán I can still smell the pancakes, taste the ceviche and shrimp, see the lancha on the beach, and hear the deck of cards when we played canasta.
